Intent to Opt-Out of Homestead Exemption

The City of Warm Springs intends to Opt-Out of the statewide adjusted base year ad valorem homestead exemption for the City of Warm Springs GA. All concerned Citizens are invited to the public hearings on this matter to be held at Council Chamber City Hall 3636 Whitehouse Parkway Warm Springs, GA 31830 are Monday February 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m, Thursday February 20, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.

and Monday February 24, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.

Residents are encouraged to attend these hearings to learn more about the exemption and ask questions.
